It has nothing to do with them being anti-war as you suggest. I am anti-war as are most of my friends and the media doesn't give a shit. It's because they demonstrate openly in person at big media events like soldiers funerals and mass murders. They do this because they know that our media celebrates tragedies and will be there in full force. If the media wasn't already there profiteering off people's sorrow we'd never have heard of these wing-nuts. They could just demonstrate in front of your house but nobody would broadcast it. The media never calls out large religious groups for their hate because the media is largely owned by these groups and/or their supporters (mostly large corporate advertisers). No news network would survive a battle with the well-known hate group The Family Research Council as they are too well connected.
Not very well. Guns have saved far more lives (millions upon millions through subsistence hunting and self-defense) than abortions (far less than 1%), usually without killing any human beings. Abortions are most often done simply to avoid the inconvenience of raising an unwanted child. Abortions always kill human beings.
