    I've completely changed my mind about him. At first I thought I'd move to Canada and relinquish my original season ticket holder status if he joined the Blazers and now he's converted me to being a fan of his. Damn him, damn him, damn him.

    i could see melo re-signing here mostly cause

    • he looks the most happiest he's been in years
    • he can contribute with effective minutes
    • we appreciate him
    • he can mentor and be a great team mate
    • different things matter now, its not all about $
    • i think he loves team bball and a market like ours is great for him and his modern day profile.

    With our depleted front court Whiteside is really putting up some great numbers and making a huge impact.
    He's playing great. He may be better than Nurkic. Then what do the Blazers do?
