We'll see on McIlrath. He came out and skated prior to the 2nd, so maybe it is a knee sprain and out for a few weeks only. And I agree 100000000000% on the PK. It is a huge issue. The biggest concern I have. We need to improve there or we'll have no shot to make a run this season.
Great news on McIlrath. I was praying it wasn't the kneecap again. Like I said. This team is all coming down to Nash. If he plays at the top of his game, maybe they can make a run. If not, they are screwed. Nash is also the teams best PK player IMO.

I never get on AV, but that is a terrible coaching decision right there. You put your 4th best faceoff guy out there and he gets beat cleanly. Makes zero sense to me. Frustrating L...but when you fall down 3-0 you need to play perfect after that, and we didn't. I think we were the better team for 52 minutes of this game though, so on we go.

Won't argue with you on that one 94...not sure why you'd have your 4th best FO guy taking that draw, but what can you do. We outplayed the Isles after the terrible start, but an L is an L. Now we battle for 2nd/3rd.
This is why I can't trust this team Chuck. It's not that they don't have the talent, because they do. It's 10000000% the coaching. This coaching staff is CONSTANTLY out coached.
Raanta let in 2 stoppable goals I agree Dis, but that is poor coaching, and I never get on AV. Just a bad decision. What can you do.
Derek Stepan has sucked moose dick on draws his entire career and he obviously doesn't give a fuck about getting better. Move Lindberg to center, Stepan to wing, and that will be the end of it. He's fucked up on draws for the last time.
