Just wanted to clarify the Draft Pick situation. According to Stein from ESPN the pick is top 10 protected.

If the pick falls from No. 1 through No. 10 in June, Minnesota keeps it. If it's No. 11 or lower, it goes to the Clippers to complete the Sam Cassell trade from the summer of 2005.</div>

I've been sayin this for 2yrs. The Sixers have been catering WAY TOO MUCH to Iverson. He's a great scorer, but he's TOO DAMN SELFISH. How can you call urself a leader and not come to practice? He jacks up way too many shots and shoots a terrible %. Why would you waste ur time and cater to this guy?

I do agree, AI deserves a lot of the blame for not being able to lead the 76ers to more success. However, the 76ers top executives have been trying to shop Iverson around for quite some time now. They were always afraid of a fan backlash, but with Iverson coming out and asking for a trade, and fans supporting them moving him to a contender, this saves the executives from a PR mess after he's dealt.

So that's one reason to cater to his trade demand.

Iverson is an icon in the league and one of the greatest players to ever set foot on a court. Its doubtful that there will ever be a player who is as exciting or fun to watch. He deserves to be dealt where he wants because he really has givin the city oh Philadelphia everything without sacrificing who he is as a person. Thats at least respectable

Well........it's not going to happen. Joe Smith instead of J.R. Smith though? At least Philly gets a serviceable 4 and a good Point.

Yea too bad. It would have been great to see KG and AI together, but hopefully the rooks will continue to improve and the wolves can make some sort of a good trade with their TE and make it back to the playoffs.

Seriously, has it become impossible for Bulls or Lakers fans to even mention Kevin Garnett without making some prediction that he will soon demand a trade.
