J-Rich Most Improved Player Of Year?

The W's got to kick out everyone on the team onto the street that cannot play defense or is not taking it seriously when their team is getting scored on. You don't even have to be quick, but play tough and physical and aggressive. Seal off the other team's drives, let the other team know you're there and just pester them so they do something stupid or out of frustration. Know where to be on help defense and the number one thing: Do not just stand around waiting. There are so many players guilty of this. This is why I virtually hate any player that can't play defense and why I was on Richardson, Murphy, Dunleavy, everyone's case.

 

^I do remeber those times when everyone hit Murph, JR, and Dundun on how bad there D is horrible. J-Rich's D has improved since he came back from his injury. Murphy's, ehhh still isn't very good, and Dunleavy should be called Sleeper

 

Dunelavy is the Matador (y'know the bullfighter?). Oley!

How about Charmin, you know after the brand of toilet paper? Soft, white, rolls out on the floor after you drop it, good for wiping your rear end with, and should be flushed down the toilet after short use.

J/K. Seriously, Dun needs to break the stereotype of the soft, finnesse nba player and be more like Najera or Cardinal when it comes to mixing soft shooting touch with hustle, heart, dignity, and fundamentals. That means play more aggressive, play within yourself, don't whine, be tough, and do whatever it takes to make your team better, despite lack of physical advantages. Although fans tear him up for the hype he was given and the position he was taken in at the draft, he still the duty to himself as an nba ball player to make his team better in the ways he can provide us with. He definitely has the most potential to fill in with more of those little things that he does like passing, court vision, ballhandling and good situational awareness. We need his aggression, we need his shots to go down, we need to let his defender know he's out there and he's not taking getting burnt or scored on lightly and we need the toughness... He's a good rebounder and he tell Murph, BOX OUT! Unfortunately, Dun doesn't seem to be that type of player and we locked up Murphy who is starting to lose his heart and desire sometimes. He used to be one my favorite players during the Jamison era, but it's looking like he doesn't give a damn at times on the other end of the floor or when we have a chance to get a second posession.
