    yeah the 5-14 (1-8 from deep) will need to improve, but the 5 turnovers can be very misleading in the same way they are in a summer league game where you show up and play with guys you are not familiar with.

    The shooting and turnovers don't really concern me that much at this moment. Shooters have off nights all the time and turnovers could be for a variety of reasons. Now if he has 3 to 4 games shooting like that and wtih such high turnovers then i'll start asking more questions.

    I just remember when we sent Patty Mills to D League and he fucking dominated. That's what real NBA players do. Show that they don't belong.

    Mills game fits the dleague, which is pretty much like the summer league. It's not made for guys like layman who work best within a structured offense. You know how the pace is at the end of blowout games in the NBA? Yeah, that's the dleague.

    Layman tonight. Look at that athleticism (specifically at :22) He makes an impact even when his shot doesn't fall. 17 points, 13 rebounds.

    Damn this guy really teases us with all his potential. Excellent highlights. Great athleticism for his size with a sweet looking shot. Just what we need at the forward spot. I am guessing he can play either depending on the opposition. His 3 point shooting will get more consistent. Remember he has only been shooting at NBA 3pt range for less than a year.

    Is it me, or was only one of the shots in the highlight video contested?

    Even the 3 at the end was wide open.

    For sure this will give him some confidence. I'd love to see him keep it up, and show game against defense.

    Well that and he's been sitting on the bench all season. He's a good shooter, so once he gets consistent with it, he's going to be a player.

    Will first game was knock off the bench rust he more relax the 2nd game. Plus Valentine is down there from his NBA team it looks like that help out too.
