Silva knocking out Tito Ortiz was gold. Silva screwing around for eight rounds and losing a decision to Jake Paul will be shit.
I have a feeling that Anderson isn't going to take this fight seriously. I feel like he's just gonna be flashy and treat it like a spar.
Why? Jake Paul is fighting for fighters rights to be paid fair wages and be taken care of. Who cares if he has confidence and spouts off every once in awhile. It is part of the allure and charisma. Humble doesn't sell tickets.
There are other potential reasons to dislike him, especially if allegations are true. But, I do like how he fights for fighter pay. It is entertaining when people want to see him lose and he wins too.
It's pretty crazy that Dana White is publically fighting against fighters being paid more and some phony internet kid is the voice of labour.
You've got two legitimate fighters on the left hand, nondescript dress, acting casual. On the right you have the dumb guys' idea of what fighters look and act like--tattoos, chains, wacky haircuts, wifebeaters--it's a bit silly.
GSP announced that he is out of contract, meaning there is a non-zero chance that he boxes (and also loses to) the Pauls. Please do not.
