WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ObieCent ?!!?!?!?!?!? i was at the game! it was accident! Fred meant nothing by OMG, AGAIN, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!? And afterwards Fred went into the Bulls locker room to asked how he was doing. I wonder if Jamal was a little better on defense would he not be getting faked out by the deadly Fred Hoiberg. His head might be a little less hurty this morning.
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Crawford released from hospital with sprained neck November 14, 2003 CHICAGO (AP) -- Bulls guard Jamal Crawford was released from the hospital Friday with a sprained neck, a day after falling on his head during a game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Tests at Rush University Medical Center revealed no further damage, Bulls spokesman Brandon Faber said. There's no timetable for his return and he will be evaluated daily, Faber added. Bulls trainer Fred Tedeschi said Friday the guard was taking anti-inflammatory medication for the soreness. `We'll probably know more tomorrow,'' Tedeschi said. ``He's listed day to day until we get a better handle on it.'' Tedeschi said doctors will review Crawford's test results. ``He's very lucky and we thank God he's fine and OK,'' Bulls coach Bill Cartwright said after Friday's practice. ``When something like that happens, it puts everything into perspective.'' Teammate Eddy Curry called it a frightening experience. He talked briefly with Crawford ``His whole career kind of flashed before his eyes. Anytime you take a fall like that, it's scary,'' Curry said. ``He's doing good.'' Crawford was guarding former teammate Fred Hoiberg with about 10 minutes to play Thursday night when Hoiberg faked left and Crawford jumped. He and Hoiberg collided while Crawford was in the air, and he came down on Hoiberg's upper back. He tumbled backward and landed on the back of his head, just above his neck. His head snapped forward, his chin hitting his chest. ``It was just one of those fluke things,'' said Hoiberg, who visited the Bulls' locker room after the game. Crawford winced and rolled over as the crowd gasped. But he was fully conscious and able to move and answer questions while he was tended to on the floor, Tedeschi said. As a precaution, Crawford was strapped to a stretcher and wheeled off the court. http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news;_ylc=X3oD...ov=ap&type=lgns </div> Good News.

You say this bout me and when beasly3 makes a statement that had nothing to do with anything, (you know, Cassell has alien powers) you dont say anything. Wow
Maybe cause you could obviously tell that mine was a joke. Cassell an alien? He looks like one, though. But saying something serious liek Hoiberg did it on purpose(or whatever you said) is more serious and dont know if you are joking. I know you were kidding, but just stating his most likely reasoning.

?and now Cassell's alien powers are making us fight amongst ourselves! He's got to be stopped! Sick Hoiberg on him before it?s too late! (I?m glad Crawford is out and I hope there are no lasting effects)
^Maybe he meant out of the hospital? <div class="quote_poster">Quoting How_High78:</div><div class="quote_post">I didn't see the fall so I have no idea what Fred Hoiberg has to do with it. Could someone let me know? Also how does someone land on their neck?! I'd love to know if he's ok so please keep us updated. ...and Cassel does look like an Alien.</div> I'll try and describe it as best I can: Hoiberg pump-faked, Jamal took the fake. He then sort of did a flip over Hoiberg's back (it looked like a gymnastics move gone wrong) and landed on the back of his head/neck. He had his chin tucked into his chest, and his feet were up in the air. You could immediately figure out that he didn't break his neck, because he was rolling over and his feet were moving like crazy because of the pain. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting beasly3:</div><div class="quote_post">Looks like Obie can add another Jamal video.(not the falling one). But the one were he broke Cassells ankles. But really, I hope we can see Jamal back as soon as possible and that hes ok.</div> That was pretty sweet. Too bad the refs made a bogus call afterwords. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting Moo2K4:</div><div class="quote_post">Yea, he's been choosing to distribute minutes at the point between Gill, Hinrich, whom they are starting and by doing so are making a big mistake, Pip, and Crawford. He's not giving any one player a chance to shine there. And, by doing this, he has 4 different people running this offense. He needs to choose one player to do it and stick with him.</div> Looking at it that way, I don't think what Cartwright is doing is right. When he first took Crawford out of the starting lineup, he still gave him a lot of minutes. He just wasn't starting. I figured Cartwright would keep that up until Crawford showed he'd play his best every night, so he could earn that spot.
Great news: <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Roughly 12 hours after Jamal Crawford was carried off the court on a stretcher following a nasty fall at the United Center, he walked into the Berto Center and watched his teammates practice. The only visible sign of the ordeal was an ice pack on the back of his neck. "He's (moving) a little slow, but it's definitely an improvement from what we saw last night," said center Eddy Curry, Crawford's best friend on the team. "I'm sure he's pretty sore right now." "It was a big-time relief because we all love him as a teammate," Jalen Rose said. "He's a tough kid and he's been going through a lot. Just to see him back healthy with no concussion and no broken bones is a big-time blessing." </div> <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> "I think my happiest moment was when I saw him moving his arms and legs," Tyson Chandler said. "That spill was unbelievable. I've never seen anything like that in my life." As bad as it looked, the Bulls aren't ruling Crawford out for tonight's home game against Seattle. Bulls coach Bill Cartwright said he doesn't expect Crawford to go on the injured list, though a final decision will be made today. </div> http://www.dailyherald.com/sports/bulls.asp?intID=37940104
