Stop with the moldy blue cheese! lol back in mid sixties I worked as bus boy at the Anchorage restaurant and one of the jobs I had was to help make all the blue cheese. Haven't eaten any since. Beets and Blue Cheese ...two foods I say away from.

Tillamook shouldn't be allowed to call it cheddar any more than American Sparkling Wine can call itself Champagne. (Cheddar is a place. Near where I grew up.)
