    Kidd likely to make choice by July 16
    June 27 Newark Star-Ledger: "Jason Kidd will visit San Antonio, probably on July 6 and 7, and he hopes to make his decision on where he'll sign by July 16, the earliest a free agent can sign a contract."

    So he will be in San Antonio for those days and 10 days later he will be a Spur.

    does anyone think hes selling out on the nets and that he should stay??

    i know but for ring reasons he has to go probably

    kidd to the spurs will be a ring for him next year

    i don't think he's selling out. he did a lot for the franchise and he's not getting any younger. the nets haven't exactly went out to help their team improve. they simply cannot compete against the teams out west, so kidd has to go west to get the ring.

    ye thats what i tohght about the ring thing in west,but the whole nets would be very gutted to see him go ,theey wont go as far as they did now without him unless somnething big happens
