    Why doesn't Rudy want to play with Rubio? That should be his first choice. Do those two hate each other?

    Yes, as it now stands. That's why Khan Man wants Rudy--to entice Rubio.

    You must be referring to the lack of a bullfighting team there. He could change the local culture. He could be an example and get them to try chili.
