I figure Utah is taking Knight at #3 so perhaps they would be interested in a salary dump of Harris. I'd definitely do that deal. We probably have to throw in the 21 or Elliot W or something. So Miller gets released in a few days, who does he then sign with? I'm sure the Lakers or Miami would love to add him, other then that there aren't playoff teams with holes at PG. When Harris gets injured it will be funny that we traded away the NBA iron man for a guy sitting in street clothes.
A little. Jay just mentioned his two unnamed sources again at 9:30. Those unnamed sourced would piss off Jason Quick.
bwahahahaahahha..... *breath*...... bwahahahahahaa Right. Miller hasn't made a difference here. None at all. Dude you're so delusional it's hilarious. This team wouldn't have made the playoffs the last two years without Andre Miller. Wouldn't have happened. You're acting as if Miller has had a chance to play with the team that he signed up for. Roy has been hurt. Oden has been hurt. Batum has been hurt. In fact, most of the team has been hurt. Miller is the only guy who has been steady through the whole ordeal.
Harris wouldn't get my blood going all that much seeing as how often he gets hurt and his low shooting percentage. Seems like the ideal move for Utah though.
Help me out with something, Papa. Has Andre Miller ever won a playoff series? Related question: Did he lead Portland to a playoff series win?
I'm quite a big Miller fan, but I'd pretty okay with Devin Harris. His injury issues are concerning, but he has some pretty solid talent and is younger than Miller.
I think if Miller and Roy had a thing going on PapaG would surely have let us know about it. His gaydar is penetrating. barfo
God I hate when they do that. If you don't have anything to report, don't report it. I'm going to make a prediction: PDXNate: Blazers reportedly closing in on drafting at least 1 player. The NBA draft likely involved. Unclear who would be coming to Portland. Stay tuned...
He was one of the biggest reasons why LaSoftie turned into LaMonster. Without all those easy alley oops Dre got LA, Aldridge would not have realized his ability to play on the inside more.
So, let me see if I understand this breaking news: Someone from our team may be traded for some player or players on some other team. Well, I guess now we know. I'll miss the player or players we traded, but I'm excited to see the player or players we traded for as Blazers. Unless, of course, we turn around and trade them to another team for other players. barfo
