Silas got a lot of credit around the league for his player development (multiple stops), particularly guards like Kemba and Steph.
So what's new with Vanterpool. Would we lose him if we didn't give him the top assistant job? He was up for the Orlando job but didn't get it. Is he interviewing anywhere else? If we lose Tibbetts and Triano, I would hope they hire someone like Silas AND give Vanterpool a raise.
Pretty sure Vanterpool is already our lead assistant. So if we hire a new lead assistant then I think he would of course think about leaving rather then taking a step down. But that would mean him getting a lead job somewhere else. So who knows...
