I have one problem with your list CR2, why is Shaun Livingston the highschooler most likely to succeed when you think Dwight Howard will be ROY? But the rest of your list I pretty much agree with
How bout the Ben Wallace Award (player that goes undrafted and ends up making a big impact in the NBA)

You can only win that once. Shaun Livingston I predict will be more succesful in the long term. Contrast that with Mike Miller and Damon Stoudamire who have been kind of disappointing Rookie of the Years versus the other players in their draft years who have gone on to be all-stars. Also I was wrong about Josh Smith. Oopsie! And looks like Emeka Okafor is ROY. I was originally hoping Dwight Howard would be an exact clone of Amare Stoudamire.
