Bayless and Dante both need to get more run.

In games where Blake or Miller or Rudy stink it up - give him minutes.

Dante, at this point, should get any minute over Howard if Howard can't do anything after 3 minutes in the game.

One of ther reasons Byron Scott was fired is he wouldn't give the young players any run. Reminds me of when Mo Cheeks was here.

I think Byron Scott was fired because everyone other than Paul seemed to have quit on him. It was West that hated him and it seems like Okafor is playing better now, even Peja seems to be hitting his shots now.

I have read somewhere that West was saying that he was too proud. I guess he just had it "his way or the high-way".

Nate sure has some of it as well, but it does not look to me like Oden is upset with him, it does not look like LMA is, and it does not look like Blake, Joel, Webster or Travis had any issues with him.

The only one that publicly looked confused at the start of the year was Rudy - but with him playing 30MPG now, I doubt he is upset anymore. If there is any player on this roster that might have an issue with Nate - it would be Miller (we did not hear a pip from him about it, however) - so, even if Nate seems inflexible at times - I do not think it is anywhere near as bad as it was with Scott.
