After watching the replay, it was even better than I thought. Perfectly thrown ball. Right in Branch's hands, and away from the defender, so he can't break it up.
Thank you. It looked like Brady placed the ball perfectly away from the defender and Branch put two hands on it. What is the common rule for receivers? If you can get two hands on it, you should catch it. That was very fuckin' catchable.
At some point, the Jets have to get serious credit. A few weeks before the Pats didn't just beat them, but obliterated them. NY wasn't intimidated and the coaching staff made some substantive changes. I don't like either team, but it was a hell of a game.
Ah so Brady was even worse than I thought? He scored half his points in garbage time, that's not a great argument for him either. Either way he controls the pace of the game as QB, and Belichick was on the sideline telling him to hurry up. Without trying a hurry up offense he sealed his fate, that he can't understand that is his problem.
Branch was already away from the defender, he was wide open on the front shoulder pass but Brady overthrew him. Anyway no QB is going to continue winning that many low scoring games. Well actually maybe Ben Roethlisberger, it was amazing but he was even worse than Brady. I wasn't sure that would be possible with Mike Wallace and that running game.
Are the Jets allowed to play a great game defensively? Your point of view on everything is flawed/dumb, and me and Matt are really stupid because we keep addressing you.
No. The Jets didn't play a great game defensively. Duh Jeff! Everything is Tom Brady's fault. Fucking 9/11 was a Tom Brady conspiracy.
I'm just saying, Thrilla made Brady look even worse than I intended. I WANTED to give Brady some extra credit for playing well in that timespan, Thrilla doesn't. You're a mean dude.
