Jett is not the RZ. I have no idea where anybody could get this idea. When the RedZone got started Jett became the Falcons admin and that's it. PB came on a little later and Jett and him became Falcon buddies.

Jett used to be cool but PB has always been an arse.

Shakes, I want you to start by letting you know that I have nothing but respect for you and the other Rams fans, but I have a real issue with the webmaster, no matter if he's Jett or not. I outlined my issues with PB and Jett in a clear and concise manner and emailed them to him. I received two emails from him within the first couple of days saying that he would address the matter. He said in the general forum that he wouldn't "stick his head in the sand." A week and a half to two weeks later, I was still having to argue with the bopsy twins at every turn. PB was still ruling the joint and his and Jett's boarish behavior was never addressed. Then, he turns the matter over to Jett who was one of the people that I complained about. That's real appropriate. What happened next really made me furious. I emailed the webmaster telling him that I no longer wanted to post to the Redzone and please delete my profile. I had a response within two hours. He didn't have time to address my issues but he didn't waste a minute cutting me loose. At least he didn't tell me not to let the door hit me in the butt on the way out.

Thanks for the nice Rams words [IMG]

Hey Jett and PB are now history and I'm very glad.

Try eing the webby again and see if you get a better response. I know his baseball site is now up so he should have more time for board issues.

Anyway is there any talk of Warner maybe getting traded to the Phins? I know if KW goes anywhere he wants to go where it's warm.

Thanks Shaky, but right now, I'm still irritated at the webmaster of the "other site" and I like it here. This webmaster has been very good to us. You should check out the Falcons forum while your here. You might get a laugh. I didn't realize how good it feels to speak freely until I got here.

As for Warner, there is some mild speculation regarding the QB position, but most of the heat is focused on Wannstedt for the moment. If and when Wannstedt is fired, the I think Jay goes on the hot seat. I like Warner, but to honest, his age and recent injuries worry me. Besides, we don't have an o-line capable of protecting him right now.

I saw that Brunell was another candidate for Miami. I bet you guys get someone good in the offseason.

Warner has to lose the happy feet before he finds success and I have to agree with dale right know the phins don't have to line to protect warner. He would be a perfect fit in Baltimore though. With that massive line and a strong ground game he'd make Travis Taylor a probowler next year.

Warner won't do anything anywhere else ever again. You heard it here first..... Trust me on this one. Blatimore's line is a "road-grader" line, but they are not a stellar pass-blocking group. That's beside the point. I don't think Kurt is going to work in any other system. Maybe the old Houston Oilers of the late '80s could have used him, but that is neither here nor there. Warner has seen his time and he won't be a winner again... EVER.

Bye the way, I don't like Kurt Warner. [IMG]

I like LSUPackerfan will post here and there. I didn't have a problem there and enjoyed most of the back and forth stuff. The power thing did get out of hand and I think Don wishes he'd handled things differantly. I say he deserves a second chance and it's a good site with great links to whats going on in the NFL. This thread has finally helped me understand some of what happened. I can understand why some won't return but I'd say most should give it one more try.

    One man's opinion.

I understand what your saying zackman but the only redzone affiliated site I'll post on know is the baseballone. I will continue to use the site for information but will not converse on that site 1) cus I don't really have the time to keep up with two sites and 2) all the people, with exception of the pats fans, that I want to talk with our right here. So why bother??

I would probably feel more sorry for RZ if the BB was a bigger part of his portfolio. From what I hear, it gets very little hits as a percentage, so I don't think it is a huge deal if it works out or not.

I do wish I had Tuna and some other Cowboys fans to talk with, but everyone else is pretty much here with a few exceptions.

I would love to see Brunnell in Dolphins uniform next year. How funny would it be to have Jay be his back up again.?

Ideally, the depth @ QB for the phins next year will be 1) Brunnell, 2) Sage Rosenfels, & 3) Philip Rivers.

How could the Dolphins afford to pay Brunell?

I doubt that Brunell will command big money. Not many teams will take a chance on him because of his age, plus Mark will want a chance to win a Super Bowl in the twilight of his career. If the Dolphins want him, I'm sure they will work out the numbers.

The Dolphins can pay him simply by not bringing back Fiedler and Griese who combine for $10 Million in salary next year(both are team options though, so they can release them without taking a cap hit)....If Brunell would agree to a deal somewhere around 2 years for $2mil per, with incentives tied to team performance, the Dolphins could fit that into thier cap
