Fritz, 40, will hold the title of executive vice president of business. Weisbrod will maintain the title of COO, answering to owner Rich DeVos and President Bob Vander Weide. He'll still oversee the entire operation, but "from 20,000 feet instead of 10,000 feet," he said. Fritz has been a behind-the-scenes exec for the past 11 years, overseeing just about every department in business operations. "Jim's my one-stop shop.
