Joel Freeland, with inspiration from Nick Collison, has embraced a new role

    He could make a jump shot in europe and was known as one of the best post players as well.
    The similarities in nick collison are more body type and role. Joel needs to be a great hustle guy who outworks everyone and is an above average defender, basically a perfect big off the bench. Thats the role freeland needs to embrace or he won't be in the nba in two years.

    What frustrates me about Joel is how easy it is to push him around. I don't see any resemblance between him or collison. Collison took huge contact and usually against bigger players, but held his ground. I haven't seen any of that from freeland.
