Denver will be tough to get past. But just in case we do get past them, we need the Lakers to end up in 8th, not 7th. So Go Warriors in the first Play in Game. I think we can take Phoenix in the 2nd round

Maybe because the league was smart enough to not put anything in writing? That's what his story revolved around.

I believe ESPN ran a lengthy article. Reliable or not, his story was covered. You said no journalist would write on the topic, which is false.

I read his book and have listened to multiple long-form podcasts with him.

He said they would send the refs memos about calls to look for and the guys grading him would give him specific violations to be aware of that were missed in previous games. Example: Divac/Webber flopping. His point was when the company writing your checks and the elvaluator grading whether you were going to make the playoff crews are telling you to watch for specific things that happened to favor one team, refs don't really have much of a choice but to lean 80/20 on those 50/50 calls. 3-4 extra calls a night can make a big difference in outcomes obviously.

He came off semi-credible to me, not 100% accurate or consistent though.

The guy had no credibility. Where are the memo's? Also his book and some podcasts are not the accredited journalists I'm asking for. If the story was there, don't you think any news outlet not doing business with the NBA (Fox News would be a great example) would be killing themselves to break the biggest story in the history of pro sports and take down the NBA. Every news outlet vetted what Donaghy was putting out there and could find nothing to corroborate it and run with themselves.

Biased NBA reffing is totally real... orders coming down from the top of the league, that's some QAnon shit.

What are you basing Donaghy having NO credibility? I think that's a bit harsh.

Having been convicted of a crime, cheating, etc. does not exclude anyone from being able to share credible information. Like I said previously, I do not take his word as the gospel, but I think some of what he said is more than plausable.
