Well, it's probably best for the Ducks of Chip fails in the NFL, or else the NFL will be raiding our coaching staff non stop.
It will be a study in leadership to see how Oregon responds, after losing Kelly. I don't think the adjustments will be too dramatic. Most discussions are regarding Kelly, but I'm more concerned with the "raided cupboards" and 8 assistance he took with him. Chipper hasn't failed yet...Might take a few years to establish his long term plan in Philly, but I think he'll record a marked improvement over recent Philly results.
