Justise like Evan Turner is just a flannel shirt, Portland kinda guy from what I see. Oregon is special and only people who take the time to look find here to be home.
You gotta be alright with the rain and learn to appreciate what our climate brings. Thing is, most of these NBA players leave town during the off-season anyways.

I wonder if he lives out there. I don’t think too many Blazers have. But there’s some real nice real estate up on Mt Scott and east of there

I used to deliver around there as well for work several years back. It’s such a nice area, but a short little drive down the hill and you’re in the armpit of 82nd ave.

Less than 2 miles from 82nd and it's a different world.

Literally. The end of 82nd was a dump when I was a kid.

I wouldn’t say it’s a great area either.
No not great. Milwaukie High School and a decent grade school on a quiet road though. It certainly isn't really bad. I have another rental in Vancouver that comparatively is about the same.
I guess the "Arm Pit" statement just kind of yanked me a bit. It's not all that bad. I grew up in NE so there is definitely worse areas. SE around Foster is worse though they are trying to clean it up.

We used to have some pretty tough areas in NE Portland. Maybe it’s all better now?
