since when does putting up a few 50 point games really mean anything? it's better to consistently put up good numbers than to occasionally put up great ones. jj and roy but up very similar numbers last season. i like both players a lot, but joe johnson really isn't better than roy at anything other than being a better volume 3 point shooter. and as roy is entering his 3rd year, i'd expect his development as a player to continue while jj is entering his 8th year and likely what we've seen from him is the finished product. at this point though i would take either guy over tmac over the course of a season.
When we played Joe Johnson I wasn't very impressed with how he handled on the ball pressure. I would rate Roy a little higher on ballhandler (ok that just doesn't sound right, lol) and equal on almost eveything else.
