If you want to blame any of the footage shown of black people stealing TV's and white people stealing food, blame it on the MEDIA. Yes, the same networks that are bringing you the tragedy are skewing the public view any way they please. Thats the evil of having access to that much footage and being able to show only parts of the ones u want to show.But the government was horrible in handling the lousiana situation and a lot of casualities could have been avoided if it was handled currectly. This is the worst disaster to hit America in a long time and the government partly allowed it to be so
