Well...honestly...I've been saying it for a while, but at first I didn't believe Malone's return could help. Now, I'm changing my mind. I really believe that Malone should start at PF, so we can move Odom down to SF and put Caron on the bench. After tonight's game, I'm really disappointed in Butler. So, hopefully Malone stops with the BS and puts on the purple and gold...but I doubt it'll happen.
I definitely think its inappropriate for Karl Malone to have said those things to Kobe's wife, assuming Kobe's accusations are accurate. Perhaps Vanessa Bryant said something to him ("what you hunting, cowboy?") which made him think she would be receptive to the flirting and he thought it was all completely innocent. But then he should know better to have those sort of conversations with married women that he isn't close, personal friends with. Anyways, the damage done is probably irrepairable at this point. I still think Malone should play in San Antonio, but with all the "little Mexican girls" over there he may have a tough time concentrating on basketball.
^ haha that pic is hilarious! i still think they should try to patch things up. and yes karl, you should go to san antonio to hunt mexican girls....

I don't know if you are, but if you aren't, wow. 6-23....
TO KOBE: C'mon kobe, just because your career is already tarnished doesn't mean you could tarnish a NBA legend's career as well. Haven't you hurt+pissed off enough people in your life already with your arrogance and wit? Who are you kidding here..you expect people to believe that Karl Malone the respectful legend that he is, (who has never been accused of anything) would say something like this to Vanessa? <font color="Red"><font size="1">Content removed (unnecessary comments about the Kobe trial). -Brandon</font></font>

Where were you when everyone but Laker fans were deriding him for trying to get handed a title? How about when everyone but Utah fans were demanding he be suspended for constantly throwing elbows and giving many players some really bad bruises and injuries? Come on, put your haterade down and think for a second.
i couldnt resist but i had to post it. this came from CL. i forgot who posted it. sorry if i didnt give you props yeah this means you
To keep consistent I'm going to have to bash Kobe for taking his personal matters public and speaking through the media instead of being a man and confronting Karl Malone. As a fan, I could careless what Kobe's wife is doing with Karl Malone or any other person. The Lakers have enough negative press as it is, and Kobe is usually the center of Laker criticism. So why go public with this new drama and bring even more distraction to the team? What's worse is making allegations about this situation, he of all people should know how damaging allegations are !?! Regardless of the outcome, Karl Malone is tainted now and has to explain his actions to his wife and family. It's not fair and should not be excused for Kobe to behave and allow the media into his personal affairs. Sickening! <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">As supremely talented as Kobe may be, he's also one of those players who is always surrounded by drama, usually of his own making. </div> From Phil Taylor. This pretty much somes up my thoughts and concerns with Kobe.

They were showing in an interview with Kobe and he was very upset because it was supposed to stay confidental but the media leaked it out not him.

My take on this is Kobe owes Karl Malone an apology.. karl has been there to support Kobe everytime and you just dont bash someone that has been helping you out. I am a Kobe fan but he is wrong and should apologize for this

He also over reacted over KB radio interview where he said nothing wrong. He made a personal problem go public, I do believe that Manley said that it wasn?t only because of the interview but it was something personal. Karl hasn?t been there to support him every time, yes he was there for him last year but before training camp his wife was the one that sat with him in his TV conference, I didn?t see Karl there did you?, she is the one that that?s was humiliated over the Colorado case. Do I wish they could forget about this whole ordeal and go back to being buddies, yes but KB is not at fault here. I guess many guys do believe ?Bros before H*s.
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Talking about it did make it bigger and more embarrassing. The real problem is that all the insiders ? the people who mattered ? already knew about it. It went to O'Neal in Miami, was passed to an ESPN staffer, then spread like wildfire. In one day I heard it from two sources, and The Times' TV writer, Larry Stewart, heard it from a third. It appeared in the New York Post without attribution. Because Bryant was walled off, as usual, the only version out there was Malone's, so Kobe finally decided he had to tell his side to Times columnist T.J. Simers. </div>http://www.latimes.com/sports/la-sp-nuheis...eadlines-sports Um...read this closely a few times, and answer me this: why is Shaq talking? I remember reading something like this when the Malone/Kobe feud started to boil...but now it's brought up here, and it makes me wonder why it went from Shaq to some BSPN fool, before Kobe even had the chance to say anything to TJ Simers.
I could do MUCH better if it was a portrait, but for a cartoon-ish look (since I wanted to use Elmer Fudd's body), Malone's face was tough to do...and plus, it took me an hour total, not much time lol. Here's to you, Karl. No offense to Elmer Fudd...
LMAO that is great Real Deal post that on myspace haha..that is seriously amazing..you are really talented..
