Feel bad for Durant hope he gets a nice and speedy recovery. I, however, do not feel bad for the Thunder fans at all. In fact I have a hard time feeling bad for any teams fans with the years we went through.

I thought he was a free agent this offseason?

    Great player. Too bad.
Hope he gets all healed up and comes back strong. Don't really give a rip if he is in OKC or Washington. The league needs great players like him.

If Durant never plays again, does he make the HOF?

You'd think so the way people have been talking about since last year but he is not a free agent until 2016.

Yes, so the Thunder are represented in the hall. He's a great player but if he were a Laker or Knick I don't think he makes it.

Nope. They don't have a "if they played just a tad longer" wing.

Yes but it would only be as an honorable mention due to being an MVP.

Well he has played 100 more games than Bill Walton did, so I guess they kinda do

Title > no title in that instance.

The biggest problem, is that it started a curse whereby we get screwed by a goal tending call every game, and a few games ago, we got screwed twice in one minute.

I wonder if Durant will ever recover from this? Sometimes foot injuries cost a player their career.

I hope he does. He's an exceptional player and this league needs players like him. I agree that it seems like an injury that could become a problem, especially since he relies on quickness to be dominant.

I know I am a horrible person for feeling this way, but I would kind of enjoy the irony if he was injured on and off for the rest of his career. Although I think he felt bad for Oden and his injuries, I think he takes extra pleasure in beating us. So if the same thing were to happen to him.......what can I say, "misery loves company".

That being said, I anticipate he will be just fine by next year.
