Well yeah, I'd say about half of KG's fouls this year were illegal screens. They do call it sometimes.

    Hard-screen willy was a beast.

Yeah, but they also weren't as blatant and obvious as Garnett's screens, where he sticks his arms out and pushes players away. I honestly don't know how he gets away with it as much as he does.

Actually, I remember Ben Wallace doing this frequently, too. And Bruce Bowen doing it that bad. Nocioni a couple times, but I haven't watched him play much. But still, nobody as bad as Garnett.

I feel like going off onto a different tangent - one of the best, if not the best screen setter I've seen in the NBA is Tyson Chandler. He gets his man open, and/or he knows exactly what to do after setting the screen.

Well, I'll let you have your opinion. If I thought it was true, I'd have no problem agreeing with you. I just don't see how his screens are that much worse than anybody else's. I think it just looks worse because of the way his body is. Every movement he makes is amplified to the eye because he is so long and skinny.

I'm not looking for refs to call every single illegal screen, I just think they need to whistle some of the more obvious ones. There were a couple of obvious ones in that sequence, and they finally got him.

It's actually pretty funny, because he looks like a run blocker out there.

I think of a tackle in football...like he's doing that drill against the fake person where you just keep pushing it as far as you can....don't know what thats called.

If someone on the roster clocked KG with an elbow to his jaw those type of screens would stop. If you don't like what a player is doing to you then draw attention to it and retaliate back.
