I called this last year. I don’t see anyway they would trade him to Portland but I can definitely see him traded IF Durant stays. He’s on my Top 10 hate list but I’d LOVE him here.

I think they would be better off losing Durant and keeping Green. So, I hope they don't do that.

How do you propose getting him though? We can't provide tax relief other than maybe a couple of million. GS surely would want better players in return than ET, Harkless, and Leonard. Our young guys don't really help them either. Plus do you think they'd risk trading him to a team that would've possible beaten them last year had we had Green instead of them?

Maybe if we find a 3rd team. If the Nets strike out in free agency do they take deals like this to fill out their roster and add a pick next year? That would probably take multiple 1sts going out on our end though.

    Something like...

    Portland gets Green

GS gets Prince and a 2020 1st from Portland

Brooklyn gets ET and a 2022 1st from Portland

I'm not sure that's enough to get it done from the other team's perspective.

He played nice D for one play. I believe Brandon Roy did as well.

Hmmmm..... what would we be willing to trade for Draymond?

The ESPN trade machine is broken.

They want savings right? So it would have to be expirings or empty cap space from someone else. Can't imagine they would give us Green.

He has been so durable for them. He always kills us. He deserves as much credit as anyone for their success However I bet his act has worn thin.
I would still stay they are better off with Durant if they had to choose. But he has been IMO the heart and sole of that team.

    Still can't stand him .

After thinking about it off and on all weekend I agree with you. I think between the two forward spots, the SF is the more crucial one to upgrade. Of course either one needs to be cleared by the medical team so I am saying this based on Hayward being healthier than he was last year. The problem is Ainge would want more in return than I think Cleveland would. Collins would have to be involved at the very least.

    Edit: never mind

We can’t realistically trade for him anymore with ET gone which is great. He’s a good player but locking up $100million per year to Dame, CJ and Love would be silly.

    1. Who the hell is THIS guy?
    2. Warriors would never win another title without Draymond.

You're right. Much better to save money and just let this season be Dame's high water mark as a Blazer.

Technically if Neil really liked KLove then he would include Collins. That would for sure IMO get the deal done. Hark, Meyers, and Zach.
You resign Kanter and you have Skal (or Aminu) back up Love

NOT saying I would do it

you supply a constant flow of links to your stuff here bones.if someone liked your tweet enough I'm sure they'd post it......dan is a nice guy...he joined here and folks didn't like him linking stuff like his editorial content or youtube videos here...so he joined BE and got paid...perks..gets press passes...did his brand in impressive fashion...he and I disagreed about Mason Plumlee and in the end...I ate crow...he was right about Mason..nothing wrong with the dude in my view..he was always very, very easy to talk with. I think the forum was wrong to make him unwelcome here.
