If you want to get on someone's case, get on Korvers. Its his defensive, not Dalembert, that hurts us. He is supposed to make up for it on the offensive but hes still too inconsistent. AI2 also is too inconsistent on O right now.</div>
Actually, Randolph is one of our better rebounders. In fact, he's seventh in the league for rebounds per 48 minutes. The only reason why he's not averaging more is because he plays limited minutes on our team. Iguodala isn't that inconsistent, its just that he doesn't attempt enough shots to make that big of an impact. Rarely does he shoot a poor percentage and more often than not, he doesn't get the ball enough.

The problem with your plan is that by the time we build that bench, AI won't be as great as he is right now. AI's prime is being wasted... and I blame the organization for that.

46 points, 9 assists, and we can't win the damn ball game?

I'm not even going to get started on Dalembert's defense, but atleast Korver gives the effort of defending his man... he just doesn't have the natural gifts (athleticism, for one), whereas Sam hurts us with his horrible decision making.

If this organization had a decent GM and an owner that actually cared about the team, we wouldn't be in the position we are right now.

As big as a loose cannon as he is if we could get him for cheap i say spreewell would be a good sign for the sixers he would bring some defense to team and he wouldnt be afraid to shoot the ball which are two things we need right now

We cant get rid of Sammy unless we got another good Center because if we do that would leave Hunter as our only Center? nah that wont work

Plus i like what Avery said about King cuz its tru he could pull together a shocker at anytime god knows i was shocked when Webber came thru noone was expecting that not even Chris so yah hopefully hes pulling strings behind the curtains

Exactly. Throughtout that whole period where the Sixers were expected to make a move there was only one rumour about Webber. And it's not like it was a valid rumour, I don't even think you can call it a rumour. It was just a local Philly writer talking about something he wish he could have but won't get. Similar to how some of us wish we would have Artest but we won't get him. But don't think Artest we will land here because BK clearly said Artest is not on his radar.

Honestly, if we never landed Webber I wouldn't be surprised if King was able to land Garnett. McHale says Garnett is not going anywhere, but I think McHale realizes that he owes Garnett one at the same time. They built around him for so long and he never complains and the least he could do for him is send him to a team that has potential to get somewhere. And with some of our young guys potentially having promising futures again I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of them were shipped off along with Mash contract for KG. But that's another story and the focus should be on what's going on right now and as far as that goes I don't have the slightest clue.

A good move would getting a good big man or bonafied wingman and ship Korver to the bench to add some deptht there. There is no way we will go into the 2nd half of the season without a move. King is up to something and like in the pass where we've been able to read him and know what players he might be interested in, this time I have no clue at all to who he might want to bring in. Anybody have a slight clue in who he might interested in?

I don't know, but I have heard from a reliable front office source that a deal could come soon (no, not the source we were discussing before)...

If we do a deal, I hope BK has thought it out completely and isn't making a trade just to make a trade.

Heard that too. But who could he possibly be going after? When you look at this roster they are pretty good. They just need to have a stronger team unity, play defense and overall just play and act like a team. B-22 said it best as in they have the pieces but no glue. Right now I wish we never waived Aaron Mckie, he wouold have been that glue. But anyways like I said we have the main pieces so what could we possible be after? I'm guessing it's either a SF that is starting material or a solid big man to come off the bench.

I'm also thinking that Billy is going after a starting SF and/or a decent big man off the bench. I disagree with you guys that we have all the pieces... we're still missing one or two more impact players, either starting material or coming off the bench. But we're definitely missing that glue from Blue.
