Re: KingJamez & SunnyD's Top Ten Well now that isn't exactly Charlies fault now is it? It's like trying to discredit Okafor or Dwight for not being on good teams. Kukoc is more of a 3, he plays forward either way. He did play out of position but pf and c are practically identical.
Re: KingJamez & SunnyD's Top Ten I'm not blaming that on Charlie, I don't like using in debate either but when teams are bad they often times play their young talent more, the Raptors were in that position and probably gave Villanueva a little more freedom considering they were such a mess...On a better team Bogut had be on top of his game because of Joe Smith breathing down his neck....I like both these guys a lot, I just give Bogut the edge.
Re: KingJamez & SunnyD's Top Ten I'm not sure about Toronto giving him more freedom, he only started 36 games in the season. For a rookie to score 13 points of the bench is pretty impressive I must say. I can see where your coming from with Bogut though, he does everything well rather then doing 1 thing better then the other.

Bogut is over Villanueva for this year because he put up just as good of stats, played much better defense and didn't play on one of the 4 worst teams in basketball.</div>Dont give me that bullsh**. Bogut played just as much as Charlie did last season. Charlie scored 4 more ppg, and had 6 rebounds a game playing the win. He a good outside shooter, good post game, and he is good driving in. Stop making excuses.

Again who cares if he scored 4 more ppg, the stats are the same and if Bogut were a SF that shot tons of threes i'm sure he'd score a little bit more. Bogut is a much better defender, has excellent footwork, won us 4 games in clutch moments and is probably a better passer....
Re: KingJamez & SunnyD's Top Ten No one gives a sh*t. When people look at who had the better rookie year, they mostly go striaght to the statistics. So Charlie is the more popular choice, altough I agree, Bogut will definately turn out to be the better player here...
Re: KingJamez & SunnyD's Top Ten But Bogut and Villanueva had the same effciency rating, their stats were the same. I don't care what stupid basketball fans think is the best choice, we are above them.
Re: KingJamez & SunnyD's Top Ten The difference is probably the ppg, which is what most people look at in ranking rookies. Too bad, so sad. Just live with it. I partly do agree with you. Just no need for debating this any longer.

Maybe Bogut had a better supporting cast, but that means he had to fight for more shots against the likes of TJ Ford, Mo Williams, Micheal Redd, Bobby Simmons, and Jamaal Magloire, instead of Chris Bosh, Mike James, Morris Peterson, and Rafeal Araujo .
