Just like with Jalen Rose, what was the point of gettin him last season? I understood though in gettin J.Rose at least he had one more yr on his deal and his contract will expire with New York after this season but also they did get a 1st Rd pick from Toronto (Denver's) that landed Renaldo Balkman all and pretty good even though Antonio Davis' contract help save the Raptors cap.The Steve Francis deal though made no sense, trading young Trevor Ariza and the expiring contract of Penny Hardaway for a player who does the same things as your star point guard but does it worst. Sure people love Francis for his athletism but as far as the point guard position goes he has no big PG skills.It was a huge mistake by whoever wanted him whether it be Isiah, Larry Brown, or the owner James Dolan. Now you got his contract $16M and up a year for the next 3-4 yrs instead of having $17M erased from the books, just f'n stupid.
