I don't think so. Crowd didn't get involved, but it was a huge fistfight. Definately gonna be a subject to talk about in school.

    Okay I just saw replay.
Andre Miller tackled Nate into the 2nd row, didn't strike him but i'm sure it hurt being thrown like that.
The only direct punch thrown that I could see FOR SURE was Melo to Collins, Melo then ran back towards half-court. Collins was mad as hell, trying to get back at him, but guys were grabbing on his jersey. Melo's 2006 MVP hopes are definitely over...
The 2 people who should get the stiffest penalties are Andre Miller and Carmelo. The others should get lesser ones

Nah, the Pistons/Pacers had the crowd, plus it was longer with beer thrown etc. Honestly, stuff like that woulda probably happened if this was the first incident.

David Stern is gonna flip. Expect more rules, etc, etc.

    Holy sh!

I just watched like a 3 second clip of it on CSN. Jefferies was going nuts when he was getting held back.

ESPN just reported as breaking news too.

It's not as crazy as the pistons-pacers brawl, but being how strict the league is since the brawl, the penalties will be just as harsh I reckon

I thought it was just Jeffries, Robinson, Smith, Carmelo. Didn't really notice the other guys too much...

I just saw the replay on ESPNEWS, then the Isaiah interview......anyone else think Isaiah was just happy to get some media? He was acting like it was the coolest thing he's ever seen.

Let's hope for a 30-40 game suspension for Melo, then Utah has the Northwest for sure [IMG]

Wow, just saw clips on ESPN 30 @ 30 update

Melo does look like a bitch there [IMG]

Crazy how it spilled into the camera crew behind the basket [IMG]

It seemed like more of a wrestling match than haymakers, from the clip I saw. Not nearly as bad as Pacers/Pistons, but still awful and totally unacceptable. Especially considering it started over nothing more than a hard foul.

Oops, haha, my bad. I have no idea how I forgot about him. This is the bad part of watching it on ESPNews, they just focus on some of the parts, so you really can't see how everyone else got involved.

-Mardy Collins Unessecary Flagrant on JR
-JR gets in the face of Collins
-Nate Robinson tries to break it up physically and started pushing JR
-then Nate showed his hands like he wanted to fight
    -JR Tackles him

Then I saw Melo punch the sh!t out of Collins, then Melo started back tracking--although it did look like someone was pulling him back at the same time.

It was really mostly the young players involved with this, its a shame they couldn't act like grown men out of the situation.

It sucks because Melo was having a huge season so far, and his dumb actions are going to likely cause him big time this season.

Isiah Thomas was laughing in the post game interview, lmao!
