I find it no surprise that 2/3 top scorers in this game are Washington-born (Webster & Robinson). Other than that, give Frye a few more games to prove himself...every player adjusts differently and he may need some more time to do it.

Already a bad sign when you only get 3 boards in a summer league game. I also think we still need to wait before we make any judgements on Channing Frye. For the Knick fans, they better prey he does good.

So far the Knicks are up by 4 against the Magic at halftime. It has been interesting watching the young guys and now I get a better idea of all of their games and the impact they?ll make. I liked what I saw from Channing Frye in the first quarter, but foul trouble got to him. From what I?ve seen, he isn?t soft at all and once Aguirre gets to him, the sky?s the limit for him and hopefully he can develop into that ?Rasheed-offense/Camby-defense? kind of guy.

Lee is yet to fully get into the action, but so far I like what he?s doing; he?s being aggressive, rebounding and giving us energy. He has pretty good footwork too. He reminds me of a Jerome Williams with more offense.

Nate is the man. ?Nuff said. He is just a ?ball of energy? as his Washington coach said. He?s so active and always making something happen. He seems unfazed by his size, but maybe that?s just because he?s playing Jameer Nelson. Either way, he will be good and it was definitely a good pick for us.

This was a pretty good game for us. I was especially impressed with Nate Robinson. We all knew he was good, but I don't think any of us realized how good he was. 24 points in 27 minutes is no joke and his 3 steals which came off of tough defense, showed he was more than just a scorer. I can't wait to see what he does at the Garden! If he was about 6'3" or so, he would be a top 3 pick in the draft.

Frye was good this game. He was only 2-5 but he went to the line 10 times and made all of his FT's. He also shut some of the doubters up grabbing 6 boards in 21 minutes. I would prefer if he got more time so we can really see what he's all about.

Lee really struggled; his shots just weren't falling for him, but I liked what he brought to the table. He had 7 rebounds and went to the line 11 times. He was very energetic and once he finds a rhythem, it should be very fun watching him.

Nate Robinson wasnt bad but he didnt get alot of assists which isnt good since he wont be able to break down guys in the NBA like he did to Travis Diener.

Six rebounds in the summer league is decent I suppose. The reason why his minutes were limited is because he figured out a way to get into foul trouble in the summer league. He picked up his fifth foul in the third quarter.

Lee is a really good player. That's all I have to say about him.

Anyway I think Isiah Thomas should be fired.

Fyre looks beyond lost for an lottery college senior pick, he needs to work on his defense, he's like Sweetney on defense, picking up alot of fouls, cause he can't stay infront of his man.

Fyre moves extremely well on the offensive side, but his defense is as bas as Peter John Ramos's defense.

Does Frye remind you of anyone named... Rafael Araujo? Both were college seniors,, both need work on defense,, both pick up gargantuan amount of fouls,, and last but not least they were both picked at 8. [IMG]
