So much for Kobe not getting phantom calls. Biedrins just had his second called when Kobe drove and threw up a circus shot. Slomo replay shows absolutely no contact whatsoever yet Kobe goes to the line and one of the Warriors most important pieces gets in early foul trouble. I don't know why I'm even surprised anymore.
<div class="quote_poster">Carter Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Kobe is looking more for the 50 points then a win.</div> Well they're winning 48-35, so I don't know how you can argue that.
man we are getting NO calls...monta got punished by kwame right there on that shot and no call. at least the shot went in...
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">man we are getting NO calls...monta got punished by kwame right there on that shot and no call. at least the shot went in...</div> Getting the calls or not, the warriors just aren't playing good D. A lot of layups and put backs. Not to mention the warriors aren't shooting that well. But they're starting to heat up a bit.
There's Pietrus in a nutshell: makes a big 3-pointer himself, then next play he fouls a guy as he's sinking a 3-pointer and gives up 4. For every one of Pietrus' positives, there's at least one equal negative IMO.
coming back now. J-Rich needs to drive more, i know he can put the ball on the ground for at least 2 or 3 dribbles to the hoop.
Warriors getting outrebounded 27-14, just pathetic. They are not boxing out (not like they EVER do), Biedrins works hard to get tips, but they are not staying with tips through their conclusion. Doesn't matter how bad the other team is, if you give them two, three, four chances every time down the floor you are going to lose.
Hey, I will take this score after being down double digits in the 1st quarter. Lets hope we come out strong in the 3rd/4th like we did against Washington...
I have to give the Warriors credit for not totally folding in this game. They stabilized themselves and chipped away at the lead, that's something that's really nice to see them do on the road. But, just soooo many missed opportunities tonight. I can think of AT LEAST 5 times they've missed layups within 3 feet of the rim tonight already.
