I hope these rumor against Kobe arent true. I dont think Kobe could do that. His Denver based attorney says he is innocent. I wonder what his New York and Chicago based attorneys say. :mrgreen:
Of course i don't know him personally..but he is clearly a family guy..has a wife and kid....always willing to sign autographs..was listening to sportingews radio..they were saying how these bunch of girls were shouting to kobe when he was in his car a while back to follow them to a party..but he refused..and said no thanks..i want to get back to my family.....but thanks for the offer or something like that....he seem the kind of guy who would not assault anyone...
apparently the warrant was not issued properly. they bypassed the district attorney office, and in colorado all warrants must be approved by the district attorney. it's not very hard to get a warrant. i'm sure these cops wanted a piece of the action when they heard kobe was the suspect. it's not the first time a cop has bent the law to go after a celebrity and it won't be the last.

I dont buy that at all. the reports that warrant wasnt dont right were false. the cops would do anything to avoid that kind of bad publicity. im not saying kobe did or didnt do it. its just funny to me that you guys want so badly not to believe he did it when if someone else did it youd be ready to hang them just cause hes pretty and says a lot of pleasese and thank yous

i told you im not judging him. I do think its innocent untill proven guilty but i dont belieev in giving someone the benefit of the doubt just cause theyre a celebrity and well loved. I think he did SOMETING, i dont know wheteher he assualted someone or not but it jiust makes me alittle sick becuase I know none of you would be pushing that innocent untill proven guilty stuff if kobe drove a bus and weighed 280 pounds and had horribel burn marks on his face
now you are judging all of us. i could careless if he's a celebrity or not. people are wrongly accused all the time, police make mistakes, witnesses lie, witnesses make mistakes, etc. it's up to the courts to decide and we don't have enough details to say whether anything happened or not. but until the details come out and if he actually goes to trial, i'm going to think kobe is innocent.

yes. its true. how can you tell me that all these people saying : "NO!! not kobe! he would never do anything like that! i KNOW! she MUST be lying!" arent desperatlye trying to convince themselves not to believe the story. im not nessecarily talking about you shape but all those people. gimme a break. whether hes guilty or not of a felony chargem he did get areested, he did something or at least was at the wrong place at the wront time and hsouldve known not to be there. either way he made a mistake.
