The real truth about Kobe. yes media overhypes but bear with me i believe this- Kobe is like Martin Sheen meeting Brando at the end of Apocalypse NOw. Now he has no excuses for losing and must look squarely in the mirror. His athleticism has already peaked. Kobe never used to do stuff like this - flagrant fouls and the like. He was superchilled. Now he's getting angry way more often than he used to. Remember how everything was laughed off with a sly grin? He's having a hard time dealing with the reality that ego plus talent will only get you so far. Your character has to do the rest. If you have the character you know how to Lose as well as how to Win. The intangible things that Duncan and LeBron and Manu already have. I love Kobe's game more than anyone but it is clear that he has issues upstairs. My two cents is I believe Kobe is breaking down psychologically and has to face his demons. When he comes out the other side of this IF he does he has the chance to be the best baller Ever. Better than MJ and deep into his thirties. But right now he is clearly in a troubled spot. laker fans, this is not a mentally healthy athlete right now. I would like to see him get through this.

Isn't he allowed to show he is pissed off instead of privatley showing his anger? He'll get over it. With a couple of wins, everything will be back to normal.
Kobe is just frustrated period. There is not one who is consistent on the team besides Kobe. I kinda like the idea that Kobe is angry. It makes me believe he wants to win, and is not just playin for the fat paycheck.
