Ok so you are saying that he is not close to Jordan when he is only freaking 20 years old????? Dude, besides Wilt Lebron is probably the most dominant player in the NBA. If he keeps it up, I don't think Lebron will have as much success then Jordan but definately the same skill in my book. And dude stop making stupid 2 liner arguments saying:Oh I think Vince Carter is better then Paul because he is just better and I like him more.

Just because KB owns LBJ in one stat category, doesn't make him better. I don't c KB getting triple doubles like LBJ with his pts, rebs, and asts. LBJ owns KB, except in scoring.

You'll see a much more efficient Kobe Bryant come playoff time.

Its a tough comparison because Kobe is meant to be a scorer - and thats it. He really doesn't pass the ball too much. LeBron is also meant to be a scorer, but he does a lot of other things too. He averages 7.1 rebounds, and dishes out about 7 assists a night. Kobe isn't even close to those numbers. The thing that Kobe has an edge over LeBron is experience, and he's proven himself many times. Not many players can score 81 in a single game. As of now, I would take Kobe Bryant - but in the future, its LeBron who will be most dominant player in the league - alone with Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Chris Paul, and Dwight Howard.

Kobe Bryant is currently the best player in the game. I don't get why some people can't get that. I hate the man and I can agree with that.

Kobe's actually a good passer, he drives and dishes it to open teammates all the time. But the Lakers are not a good spot up shooting team at all (aside from Brian Cook). He plays very good defense when he needs to, and his rebounding is above average. Numbers don't tell everything.

The thing that seperates them for me is:Kobe just has so much more skill. While LeBron has more of the intangibles, Kobe has much more consistency on his jumpshot, and can score in many more ways. LeBron's turnaround jumper is still streaky, and he is very inconsistent. Kobe simply has more skill, and has done more in the playoffs. I know LeBron has had bad teams, and I'll argue that as much as the next guy, but you really can't say LeBron is better than Kobe.Kobe is a better scorer (Yes he shoots worse percentages, but he can score in more ways), when he wants to he is a top 10 defender, and he has proven to be more clutch than LeBron over his career. (Although LeBron has been the NBA's most clutch palyer the 2nd half of this year)

LeBron is a superioir passer. The fact you deny it proves you don't watch games. He shoots less, gets more assists. If you watch a game, you see he is a more willing passer. There's a reason Lamar Odom is having less of an impact scoring in LA as the 2nd option than in Miami as the 3rd option

Young players are usually more willng pass.Odom is having a less scoring impact because of kobe? Do you even know how the triangle system works? Odom is not even meant to put big points, not his role. If it's anyone's fault it's phil and odom himeslf. Odom's not mentally tough, he's gotten better at it but he usually caves into kobe.edit: Lamar was not the 3rd option, some might say he was leader of the team. A 3rd option does not win player of the month,

Eddie Jones: Leading ScorerDwayne Wade: Scored as much as Lamar and got the ball more because he was a perimiter player. Lamar was the 3rd option, or sharing time with Wade. And what does 'playing like Kobe' mean? We forget LeBron is only averaging 3.5 less points while shooting 4 less shots a game and better percentages. Yes he's younger, but he's still a more willing passer. I don't care if "younger players pass more," because LeBron still passes more regardlessIt's like saying: "The only reason Kobe is good is because he works at it" --- It's a stupid statement that again reveals the cloudedness of your vision, a result of idiotic bias that can only span from someone who knows nothing about basketball whatsoever eg. "All Kobe has to do to win MVP is score 81 points in another game... LA would do better against San Antonio than Phoenix because of Phil Jackson"

No it isn't stupid. Which veteran shooting guard have you ever seen pass the ball like Lebron? No-one.You still didn't understand what i mean with that comment. Dogma understood but you haven't. What i meant is that Lakers would have a better chance of winning a game against the spurs than against the suns. Suns offensive game would rape us. Spurs would rape us over the course of the series but we could possibly get a game,Why is it so hard for kobe to score another 81? Kobe scored 51 comming off an ot game where he scored 40. He was also guarded by Raja bell and Marion who are pests on defense. Kobe can score 100 if he decided to, scoring this season has become so easy because defenders don't have the same powers they had back in the day. This handchecking buisness is <Censored>.

I swear thats not how you worded it. If that's what you meant, I'm sorry for calling you "idiotic, redarded, and dumb" over a...errr...typo?And again, watch games. Why will LeBron stop passing all of a sudden? He averages 23 shots per night, and still is a more willing passer than guys who shoot the ball 19 times a game (Vince Carter, Paul Pierce) Kobre has never been a passive player. Never. As a rookie people called him selfish. As a 10 year vet, he is just as selfish. Rip Hamilton is unselfish. TMac is unselfish. Paul Pierce is unselfish. Larry Hughes is unselfish. Mo Pete is unselfish. Peja Stojacavic is unselfish. Ron Artest is unselfishClyde Drexler was unselfish. Michael Jordan was unselfish in his prime (29 - 30s). James Worthy was unselfish. Jerry West was unselfishScorers (Note: Scorers) can be unselfish. And there's a reason no SG has ever been as good a passer as LeBron: He is amazing. he will be a top 5 player ever. He has the best chance of passing MJ since MJ. He has the best chance of being a top 5 player since MJ. He is one of a kind... Wait... Sorry... You wouldn't know...You don't watch basketball games... Just Kobe
