Everything I see proves how easy he is to work for. The GM here doesn't handle business matters, like the GM does everywhere else. All that the current one is is the glorified Chief Scout. Hopefully the next one can also negotiate contracts, and maybe even make non-draft day trades. Oh no, that's too much to ask. With the millions that Allen is willing to sink into each and every trade, every GM who likes to trade will run here top speed. This is the easiest GM job in all of sports. The hard part is putting up with the newspaper, not the owner.
