http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trademark_dilution KP probably wouldn't say anything, but I'm pretty sure the business side wouldn't like it. And Stern would probably have you stripped and thrown out if he saw it.
BELIEVE ME! Stern would be better off NOT having MGB stripped down! There is also no way he could throw MGB out.
Do you think anyone really "invites" Stern anywhere? "Hey, let's party . . . but we can't really have fun unless David is there." Nobody invites him, he just shows up to make sure his empire is secure. If you don't believe me try and take a camera lens longer than 3" into an NBA game.
ABM - I don't think you'll ever know how much your efforts in putting these events together mean to us fans. Thanks.
A company isn't selling them though. If you are just customizing a personal tee and not selling it to other people I don't think it'd apply. They might go after the company that you use to make the tee, but since they didn't supply the emblem I doubt they could do much. We could just put RIPCITY on the front though I believe that is trademark too.
Still working with the Blazers on the details. For whatever reason, KP's a little busy right now. Stay tuned, though.
I have no problem sitting quietly in the war room watching him work on Draft Night. I won't even bring my notepad. You should have the Blazers set up a lotto or raffle for that. Seriously...$50 gets you a raffle ticket to one spot in the corner of the war room on draft day. The winner signs a non-disclosure agreement and the Blazers give the money to the charity of their choice. I'd put in for a ticket or two.
What if they just killed you afterwards? How much would you pay to make a suicide mission to the war room? barfo
