    I was thinking the same thing. Other markets are moving more toward independent contractors/consultants instead of taking on actual employees. Seems as if KP is going to do some consulting work for Indianapolis, while still having flexibility to do other things.

    wait a second, so KP's getting paid 200k a year to come up with trade scenarios after evaluating Indy's roster?

    You could split 100k among 10 posters here and get the entire spectrum of "realistic (negative Nancy)" to "homer-ific" and save half your cash. Heck, I'd do it for free if I could sit in a War Room for a while.

    Wesley Matthews rented it last year from him. In this market it might be better to rent it to players for a few years until the market picks up.

    I'm familiar with the property as my place in Oregon is down the street. In fact, I just left it this morning and am now back in Denver.
