    Hey Mel, thanx a lot .... I really appreciate it.... I went there today and the food was great (as always the case with FatBurger)..the only complaint I have is that they didn't turn on the Air Conditioner...damn it was hot in there....

    I was about to try that Ice Cream joint next door (i forget what its called) but I was too full...

    I forgot to mention, I found Shakkas the other day, the one in Monterey Park...It looks like it just opened (maybe they just repainted, I dunno) but I didn't go in and try it out..


    I also just came back from the O.C. Fair today in Costa Mesa....I'm broke now, lol ... $5 for a hotdog, $4.50 for nachos!! The insane part was that I actually paid that price cuz I was so hungry

    Don't bother driving to White Castle...its gone...

    I f'ing cried...they sold out so fast they packed up 10 days early and left.

    I'm going to Fatburger again tonite, lol...I think it closes late cuz its next to the theatre, so hopefully I don't drive all the way down there for nothing.

    I believe it closes @ 10 on weekdays and @ midnight on Fridays & weekends.

    I got there at 10:50 last night, and they were about to close...so apparently they close at 11pm on Thursdays

    When I used to live in California, I lived in Big Bear and the restaraunts really aren't very good their. But I always loved going to eat in LA.

    Try Zankou Chicken...I grew up in Saudi Arabia and I can tell you that Zankou has the best middle-easter food around.

    I recommend the Chicken Tarnas.

    Yeah Zankou is a good call. The garlic sauce is delicious. El Tepiac is the best place for Mexican food. They just built another location in the San Gabriel/Monterey Park area.
