Re: NBA Finals: Lakers vs. Magic (Lakers lead 2-1) The Lakers let one get away last night, but at least them somewhat competed for Game 3 and gave themselves a chance to win. I knew Orlando was due for a breakout game offensively and they broke the NBA record shooting 75% in the 1st half. It was a combination of great offense and pathetic Laker defense. I really get pissed everytime I see Rashard Lewis wide open. He's the last player the Lakers should be rotating off of, and if a teammate sees Lamar or Gasol leave him they better spring toward him to contest his shot. We kept having two guys chasing Rafer Alston and leaving shooters wide open. You have to stick on the shooters and live and die with Alston beating you. I didn't think the dunk by Pietrus was goal tending. He dunked after it came off the rim the slow mo replay showed it was a legal shot. Pietrus made a lot of incredible shots last night for Orlando. Their team really gives us a different look when he's able to stay on the court. Lakers need to clean up their defensive rotations. We've seen enough of what Orlando likes to run and their tendencies on the offensive end.

I'm sure Phil wants him to do that, or Phil would've lit into his ass in game 2. However, someone needs to rotate over to Shard like Shape said. Pietrus won't have another game like that.
