That is what I'm saying... just throw the MLE out there. You've got Farmar, Fish, and Ammo coming off the books next year. Bite the bullet for one year. With all the playoff games we'll have next year, or should have, you'll make your money back.
I'm not really worried about what Cleveland is doing. So far, they've added Shaq, which might not do too much good for them. There's potential that he could end up clogging the lane, making life a little harder for LeBron because he'll have to shoot more jumpers, which we all know is his kryptonite. We also don't know what could happen to the chemistry for them either, and Shaq still has to play defense, something he's never been renowned for during his illustrious career. And I doubt they add Villanueva. He may have said he'd take the MLE, but some other team is going to throw a lot more than the MLE at him, and he'll likely jump at that deal, regardless of whether or not that team is a contender. He's still young and money is going to mean more to him at this point than a championship. The Magic made a relatively lateral move, though I do like the fact that they got Ryan Anderson in the deal. He can give them another shooter off the bench and create a lot of matchup problems in the process with his height. They're also going to be getting a fully healthy Jameer Nelson back, which scares the shit out of me. Honestly, the team I'm most worried about is the Spurs. If they can stay healthy, they're going to have a team that can push towards 60 wins and can give us one hell of a fight in the West. The East however, can feel free to pummel eachother all season and that won't bother me. I think, as long as we can get Bynum back to 100% instead of the Bynum we saw in the playoffs, we'll be ok. Obviously, we'll also have to bring back at least Odom and Ariza, but I think that that's a given that that will happen. We absolutely need them with all the moves that's being made so far in the postseason. But hey, at least we can stamp our name in as the Pacific Division champs. Who the hell's going to challenge us there next year anyways now that Phoenix is dismantling their team?
Compared to other GM's, Mitch has been patient as fuck. I think eventually it will pay off since he still has long way to go until the trade deadline. He's known for quick strikes, I wouldn't be suprised if another will occur in future. I'm patient at the moment, no need to hurry into things. We're in a good position still

And, although Charlie isn't that good defensively, he is a very good offensive player, which I'm not sure is a good fit for us, which is why I'd like it better if the Bucks kept him rather than Cleveland getting him and improving their offense at the cost of an already good defense. Orlando, since it is clear is NOT getting Hedo back, I'm not as worried as before, altough Jameer's return is a bit unsettling. THe Celts, if they got Sheed are one tough team to beat, the only thing working against them is age, which hasn't shown in Ray, KG and Pierce's case. That, coupled with Rondo and Baby's ascent have got me worried. Out west, we got a legitimate contender for the West title in the Spurs. IF they keep healthy, which is an enormous if. Although I am expecting a decline in Duncan's play though, but still in an all-star level. But, Parker's improvement will make up for that. I totally hated that RJ deal. RJ is a pretty good defender. Might be a better version of Bowen cause he is more athletic and can slash. WE NEED TO GET BETTER MITCH!!! LA is a rich place, so throw some money around damnit!
Sheed is some rumor off some blog. I hear reports that he's thinking about SA and Orlando though. I heard Boston might be losing Big Baby.
Oh, ok. Don't want him getting anywhere near SA. lol If Boston gets Sheed and loses Big Baby, it's an upgrade.
