    Yup...still went to work.

    I would have gone to the hospital if I had medical insurance. Instead, I can't exactly afford a catscan or MRI.

    Your car insurance should cover the expense since you were the victim of the accident. You have car insurance right? And did the person who hit you have car insurance?

    You should be able to sue and get at least $2,000 to $4,000 out of this.

    I only have liablity.

    The problem with suing is that I don't know who did it. It was a hit and run. I went to pull off to the side of the road and they drove off, so I got nothing.

    Nothing, and as far as I know, there aren't any cameras in that area. To say the least, I got all sorts of fucked over in this situation by some sleeze back fuckass who didn't want to own up to his/her fuck up.

    You should talk to a lawyer, it won't cost you anything. I think you're entitled to reimbursement of reasonable medical expenses if you were a victim of a hit & run.
