If we fire Phil, who are we going to bring on as a coach? As maddening as his decisions seem, he still is a big reason why we won 66 games this year, and until you have 9 rings, I don't know if you can really be criticizing him. He knows what he's doing. He's been here, done this on many occasions. I may get frustrated with him sometimes, but there isn't really a coach I'd rather have.
