    Exactly.

i think that devean george would be a huge loss for the lakers. he is a bit inconsistent at times but he is big down the stretch. he is a veteran on a young team and they can use his locker room prescence.

I would rather Kobe be that consistant player, as well as a locker room presence. I think we should resign Jumaine Jones and let George go, I mean Jones is better than George and he already knows the triangle and the Lakers.

Jones does not know the triangle, where do you get that from? He spent one flippin' season with us...where Pjax wasn't coach. I don't know where you get your info from...but this and the Wafer thing? C'mon man, step it up.

If there is one thing, George knows the triangle just as well as Kobe and Luke. That is the one thing we'll miss, his knowledge of the triangle.

Oh sorry thought Jones was with us for 2 years. My bad must have read his bio on NBA.com wrong. Regardless I would rather have Jones than George.

In some cases, I would rather have Jones because he is more consistent. The only thing George brought us that Jones didn't was the ability to teach the triangle to new cats.

Other than that, I fully agree with you.

Ha ha most likely, if he goes there he will have a starting role.

I was hoping the Heat would make a trade for him to help give us depth at SF. He plays hard and makes it tough for the guy he's guarding. He can also hit the occasional 3. He was a good player in Shaq's team but not so much as important now that he's gone. I wouldn't mind having him on the Heat.

Naw, I think people did like him, he was just too inconsistent. He had the opportunity to be a 14 / 5 / 2 kind of guy, but he didn't keep himself in shape. He never lived up to his full potential and injuries started plaguing him.

I think George's game went downhill after his latest injury. He played pretty well during the fab 4 season in my opinion. Even if he does leave, he's not leaving empty handed. Got 3 fat rings to take to his new home.
