This was a devastating loss to the worst team in the league. The Lakers dug themselves an early hole falling 14-0 to the Hawks. The Hawks dominated the points in the paint and the Lakers had to fight back all game long. Chris Mihm and Caron Butler got into foul trouble, instead of having huge games. The Lakers once again played down to the level of their competition and the Hawks took advantage of it. I'm not even excited about the fact the Lakers fought back from 27 points down. They should have never been there in the first place. Tierre Brown's career night was wasted. How about trading him to the Hawks, while he's at his peak value? I found it hilarious the Hawks fans started cheering for the Lakers as they made their comeback. But give the Hawks credit, they made some clutch baskets. Walker made two on Odom, including a turnaround bankshot, that one was ridiculous. Delk made two big 3pt shots, and made all of his free throws down the stretch. This is the second three game losing streak since Kobe has been out. It's starting to look more and more like the Lakers are going to have to count on other teams losing games, instead of the Lakers winning games to make the playoffs.
