I love the jersey pop. That was cool, still a bit cool and assassin like. He did it last year a lot. The ball dance should be retired. He is 0-2 with that, now.
I think we have a 7 game road trip, and except like 1 or 2 games, the other games are against teams below .500 The road doesn't scare me either. Who cares after that 6-0 trip we just finished.
Did you see Memo do a wannabe big ball dance after his 3? lol POTG=C.J. Miles.....Remember when they thought he was the next Kobe?
I too am a fan of the jersey poppin'. I can even handle when he blows on his pistols lol. As long as he only does that one sparingly....... sparingly????? That can be the right spelling........
Yeah that was worse than Mark Madsen's dance. 43 second mark!
Odom's become a rebounding machine, just like the end of last year. I love how he's playing, I might actually be sad to see him go. Our offensive flows so well with his handling ability, all of our starters are capable passers.
Odom has been beasting it since Bynum went down. Here's a question though, when Bynum comes back, do you keep Odom in as a starter, seeing how much better he has played since being put in that role, or does he go back to the bench?
Well I doubt we can just rush Bynum back into a starter's role, he'll come off the bench and we'll see if Odom can maintain this flow. There are too many variables to account for.
I was impressed with the Lakers defense when they made two stops to tie the game at 104. I thought they made a mistake going away from the Kobe-Pau screen and roll play. Utah had no answer for it, but when Kobe tried to run the same play with Odom and Ariza setting the screen, Utah stayed disciplined and didn't scramble around on defense. It's going to be a luxury for us when Bynum comes back. I also think he'll start off with the 2nd unit, but he'll play key minutes down the stretch because he can really anchor our post defense and protect the rim. I'm curious to see how explosive he is when he returns.
Obviously I was implying when Bynum was fully healthy and ready for those type of minutes again. But yea, I imagine it'll really depend on how Odom is playing when that time comes. If he's still playing well as a starter, it wouldn't make much sense to disrupt the chemistry (or his flow) by sending him to the bench.
