6'8 SF from WVU Hometown: Queensbridge, NY (lol ) I hear him being compared to Trevor Ariza. Good value pick at 43.
I still wish we had taken Solomon Alabi and a guard... But now the real entertainment comes: who we trade for if we trade, and who we sign
All I know about Ebanks is that he was originally projected the late teens or late first round to very early 2nd round. Ebanks is also a strong defender and rebounder at his position. Not a strong shooter.
I like the pick. We needed another versatile defensive player off the bench. I'm not sure he makes the opening day roster, but solid value pick by the Lakers. I don't think he's as athletic as Ariza is.
He's a pretty good offensive rebounder and strong slasher from what I saw in Baylor's run last season.
