Ugh, we are getting POUNDED on the boards right now. We've already given up 9 offensive boards and are getting outrebounded 25-15, we've given up 9 on the offensive glass, and Stoudemire has 11 rebounds by himself. If we're going to win, we need to get people on the glass. This is pathetic. The Suns are one of the worst rebounding teams in the NBA, we, by all means, should not be getting beaten up like this on the glass.
How the hell regs call a foul when Nash hit his own man? What the hell was that Anyways, we're up by 8. I guess that's better than nothing but I knew they were going to hit a 3
We need to start rebounding more, we should be up by a lot more then this if guys like Gasol and Odom rebound more.
LOL at Hubie Brown calling Odom a good three point shooter. And what the hell is up with the fouling? Good god, already over the limit. Lead back down to five, though every time they cut into our lead, we seem to get it back, so hopefully the trend continues here.
Odom is a fool, he misses his a point blank lay up then has to cost us another point with a Tech. Gasol knows how to finish.

We're missing way too many layups right now. Gasol and Odom have each missed their fair share, and we need to make the easy shots with the game getting close.
Well, at least Gasol finished the third quarter on a great note with that hook. If Bynum ever stays healthy PHX will become our property. I can't believe Kobe is playing this well either.
When Bynum gets healthy, I don't see how Phoenix can beat us. As for this game, Kobe has played spectacular and Odom and Gasol have chipped in nicely too. Our defense has been putrid though, and our rebounding has been surprisingly bad considering who we're playing. Kobe sitting for the first time all night, hopefully our bench can help and extend the lead while Kobe sits.
Odom has been a revelation as the 3rd option... cant wait what he can do as the 4th option! I also cant wait what Bynum's effect on Gasol's game would be, hope it would be like shaq's effect on amare LOL
So, does anyone else love the way Sasha has been playing recently? He quickly hit a jumper to start this quarter and he's been money off the bench for the better part of a month now. Phoenix taking a quick timeout as the Lakers get a couple easy hoops from the bench mob.

Got the lead back, thankfully. We are playing awful in this quarter. The defense has been terrible. And speaking of terrible, Farmar had a nice bonehead play when he tried to save the ball. I love the hustle, but if you're going to try to save the ball like that, try to get it more towards the sidelines as opposed to the middle of the court. Kobe with the trey and now Gasol with the shot at the 3 point play. Talk about a quick turnaround. And Kobe is lighting it up tonight. 37 for him, Gasol has 24 and Odom with 20. I'd say that's some solid production out of our big three.
